Consumer protection diagnostic study - Kenya

This report outlines the key consumer protection issues facing Kenyans who have access to the core financial services including Banking, Insurance and SACCOs. Because of the significant reach to consumers, MPESA has also been included. The study was carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance and the Consultative Group to assist the poor (CGAP). The main report is accompanied by an FSD Insights report that specifically outlines key finds from the survey.
